To track your parcel please follow the link below to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number.

Australia Post staff give you a receipt when you lodge your bag. Your tracking number is the 23-digit AP Article Number on that receipt. Tracking works within 6 weeks of lodgment.

Your Destruction Certificate is available once your bag has been destroyed. This happens within 48 hours of collection from the Post Office.

We are working on automatic downloads for Destruction Certificates. Please email us with your tracking number and we can email these to you directly.
